PNK is currently owned 80% by PT Tridomain Performance Materials (TPM) and 20% by PT Petrokimia Gresik (SOE), and is a dedicated facility for the production of plasticizers.
It is one of only three plasticizer facilities in Indonesia. Together with ENG, it allows TPM Group to be the dominant player in the domestic plasticizer market. |
